Rentals
The Spring Lake Yacht Club clubhouse and grounds are available to the public and members for event rentals. Our property and club facilities are a great location for weddings, class reunions, family reunions, proms and organization events!
Our clubhouse and grounds feature:
- Large, open, indoor event area with new tables and chairs
- Indoor seating capacity over 150, plus outdoor deck for additional seating
- Spectacular views of Spring Lake from indoors and out
- Commercial kitchen with pass-through window for outdoor serving
- Large deck and patio area with covered sections
- Newly renovated large capacity charcoal grill
- Docks available for guests arriving via boats*
- Swim beach with play set
- Lawn space for outdoor tents and large upper field for outdoor activities
Securing a Rental:
Check availability on the calendar below and contact the Rental Agent for the documentation required to secure a rental date. Final approval of the requested date will come from the SLYC Rental Agent.
Definitions:
a. Rental Season: May 1st – October 30th
b. Member Rate: To qualify must be a member in good standing for one year prior to the payment of a deposit to secure the reservation of the rental date.
2024 Rental Rates:
Sunday – Thursday Evenings (5:00 pm to 12:30 am, no Thursdays, Memorial Day-Sept. 30)
Member: $800, Non-Member: $1,200
Friday Evenings (5:00 pm to 12:30 am)
Member: $1,500, Non-Member: $3,000
Saturday Evenings (5:00 pm to 12:30 am)
Member: $2,000, Non-Member: $3,500
Monday – Thursday Afternoons (Thursday before 5:00 pm, 4 hours max)
Member: $350, Non-Member: $500
Bereavement Rates
Member: $250, Non-Member: $400
Membership Priority:
A club member in good standing is allowed to book the club with priority over a non-member if the deposit is paid 365 days before the event date. Within 365 days of an event, booking priority is based solely on the deposit date.
Payment:
Fifty (50%) percent of the rental rate is required at the time of booking, together with a $500 refundable damage deposit.
A non-refundable administrative fee of $250 will be charged, should the patron cancel the event.
A four (4%) percent fee will be charged for those utilizing a credit card or other electronic form of payment.
*Use of docks requires a separately signed transient dock lease agreement and fees in order for docks to legally be used.
